We at Shrimpy’s were shocked yet pleasantly delighted to find retired SEC official Gary Ginsler, running the new hot dog cart in the heart of New York’s financial district. Turns out he is the owner operator and has always had a passion for serving quality weiners.

“To be frank, I enjoy the soft and quiet hum of the grill, paired with the savory aromas of sizzling hot dogs and onion. It’s way better than hearing people cry like babies over crypto regulations. I actually hold a bunch of altcoins, but nobody bothered to ask, so….”

We ordered the footlong Saylor with Chili & Cheese as well as the Bear Market Dog, a sweltering snausage topped with FOMO, relish and dumping altcoin and red pepper chutney. Pretty good!!
